BANGALORE,
May 24 (Reuters) - Scandent Solutions Corp. , a mid-sized Indian
software services firm, said on Tuesday its earnings after tax in
the fourth quarter ended March were $2.21 million on revenue of
$16.52 million.
The company, which listed in March after buying the software unit
of SSI Ltd. , did not give figures for the year-ago quarter. It
said revenue grew 5.7 percent over the previous quarter while post-tax
earnings surged 22.5 percent.
The Bangalore-based firm is a unit of Singapore-headquartered information
technology and back-office group Scandent, founded by Chairman Chris
Sinclair, a former head of PepsiCo International .
