KARACHI: The leading Indian company Ratila Tenis has expressed interest for investment worth $300 million in polyester business in ICI Petrochemical of Pakistan.

Well-placed sources within chemical industry informed Online Thursday that several round of unannounced talks between Pakistan and Indian Industrialists had been held to identify area of convergence in this regard.

Sources noted that industrialists from both sides agreed on joint venture on the said business deal. Sources asserted if formal accord was inked than it would be the first largest investment of its kind in Pakistan.
