InfoVision - 1st Anniversary of UK National Directory Enquiry Service
 

Gurgaon, India, December 12th 2005, InfoVision, successfully completes 1 year of operations for its UK National Directory Enquiry Service for a leading telecom provider.

Starting with 12.5% of the call flow in December 2004, IVG followed a stringent quality based transition schedule with quality gates at every step leading to 100% of the volumes by May 2005.
