international e-Mailer campaign for the largest tool and equipment
catalog retailer in the US. InfoVision under this agreement will
provide e-Mail responses as a part of its Customer Service project.
InfoVision has recently completed six successful months of providing
voice based customer service. The other projects handled by InfoVision
for this client are Customer Services, Order Taking & Warranty
Registration.
