1. Making outbound calls to upsell
2. Fixed Shift Timings with Sunday’s off
3. Understand and implement escalation process

1. Excellent command over spoken English with respect to neutralized accent,
    grammar, sentence construction and clarity
2. Graduates / Undergraduates with 0-2 years experience in the service industry
3. Confident and self motivating attitude
