Job Description :

1. Interaction with clients and customers located in the USA/UK/Australia
2. Providing voice-based technical support to customer queries around the world in
    a define timeline.
3. Basic trouble shooting & problem solving.
4. Building a rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
5. E-mail support

 
Desired Profile :
1. Graduates (12+3) in any discipline with 0-2 years experience in the service
    industry.
2. Excellent command over spoken & written English with respect to neutralized
    accent, grammar, sentence construction and clarity issues
3. Basic knowledge of Hardware/ Networking/ Troubleshooting
4. Confident and self motivating attitude.
5. Candidates should be willing to work in 24*7 environment.
