1. The primary role of the Counselor is to provide uninterrupted availability 24 x 7
    through rotational
2. The counsellor is expected to provide coordination and communication in the
    travel and lodging arrangements (both domestic and international) for all
    customers which are being serviced by InfoVision regionally in Asia Pacific
3. This position will be part of the 24 x 7 Emergency Service Team based in Delhi,
    India.
4. Full time position for immediate

 
Desired Profile :
1. Graduates (12+3) in any discipline with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
2. Certification in Airline Ticketing & Reservations on Amadeus and Abacus GDS.
3. Prior knowledge in Travel Agency Call Centre Reservations & Emergency
    Customer Servicing
4. Comprehensive knowledge and background from the Travel industry and
    experience in working in a global company serving under an expatriate position.
5. Ability to manage and develop relationships at all levels within the company.
6. Total dedication to and focus upon servicing and supporting both internal and
    external customers is absolutely essential.
7. Computer literate (MS Office 2003, MS Excel) is essential.
8. A positive and contributory attitude and strong team player.
9. Strong English comprehension and communication are essential.
