1. Handling inbound calls

4. Updating customers on latest information on a product or service
 
Desired Profile :
1. Excellent command over spoken English with respect to neutralized accent,
    grammar, sentence construction and clarity
2. Graduates / Undergraduates with 0-2 years experience in the service industry
3. Confident and self motivating attitude
4. Candidates should be willing to work in 24*7 environments
 
* Candidates with prior experience in US Inbound would be preferred.
