1. Handling inbound/ outbound calls.
2. Solving customer queries.
3. Initiate welcome calls.
4. Managing and updating customer & client database.
5. Updating customers on latest information on a product or service
 
Desired Profile :
1. Graduates (12+3) in any discipline with 0-2 years experience in the service industry.
2. Good spoken & written English
3. Basic knowledge of computers
