A Post Graduate in Marketing, Deepak has over 25 years of experience across industry verticals, with nearly 2 decades of experience in the service industry. Deepak comes with extensive understanding & know-how of the Logistics & Distribution and the Customer Relationship Management businesses. He is a certified trainer of Zenger Miller Frontline Leadership Program.

Over the years, Deepak has been closely associated with the BPO industry which has been growing at the rate of 40% per annum. He has been extensively involved in setting up & managing contact centers since 1992.

Deepak has immensely contributed towards the development of the consultancy arm in InfoVision. He has been an executive member to trade bodies & associations.
